- Make sure your phone has the HOT Watch app installed
- iOS 6 or lower: "HOTSmartWatch-Basic" (Phones without Bluetooth 4.0 LE)
- iOS 7 or higher: "HOTSmartWatch"
- Android: "HOTSmartWatch"
- Windows Phone: "HOTSmartWatch"
- Make sure your watch is bluetooth paired to your phone.
These steps tested on iOS 8.1:
- Email the ".hot" file to yourself
- Open the email on your phone and tap the ".hot" file, it should then open in the HOT Watch app
- The HOT Watch app will then ask if you want to "send it to the watch"
